These terms govern your use of the Um Blip app and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian allows you to use the Service.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information, including your age range. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings.
You keep ownership of the videos, captions, and comments you post. By posting, you grant Um Blip a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service, including on public watch pages when you or others share a link. This license ends when your content is deleted, except where limited copies must be retained for security, moderation, or legal compliance.
Only post content you have the right to share. Content posted to Um Blip is public.
You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. This includes nudity or sexually explicit material, sexual content involving minors, graphic violence, hateful or harassing content, scams, spam, impersonation, or content that infringes the rights of others.
Uploads are automatically screened, and users can report content and block other users. Um Blip may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at any time and without prior notice.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, contact support@unscrollco.com with the content link and a description of your claim. We review complaints and remove infringing content.
The Service is provided free of charge, in beta, and “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be discontinued at any time. The Service may show advertising.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Um Blip and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for content posted by users. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, whichever is greater.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
