How do I report a video? Tap the ⋮ button on any video and choose Report video. Repeated independent reports hide a video while it's reviewed.
How do I block someone? Tap ⋮ on one of their videos and choose Block, or use the options on their profile.
How do I delete my account? See Deleting your Um Blip account and data below.
You can delete your Um Blip account at any time, from inside the app or by emailing us.
In the app: go to Profile → Settings and choose Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm your identity first. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
If you no longer have Um Blip installed: email support@unscrollco.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Anonymous, aggregated counts — such as the total number of votes on another creator's video — remain after deletion. These are plain numbers and are not linked back to you or to any account. We keep no other personal data once deletion is complete, and retain no additional copies beyond routine backups, which age out within 30 days.
